福建七个表型群体染色体分析

Chromosomal Analysis of Seven Phenotype Populations in Fujian

Objective\ To analyze and compare chromosomal abnormalities among seven phenotype populations in Fujian.\ Methods\ \ Peripheral lymphocyte or bone marrow cells chromosome were studied \{among\} seven phenotype populations,using chromosomal G-banding technology.\ Results\ The ratios of chromosomal abnormalities in seven phenotype populations were as following: chronic granulocytic leukemia 91 0%; acute nonlymphocytic leukemia 46 50%; mental retardation 27 78%; male with complete aspermia 24 27%; women of short stature and/or primary amenorrhoea 21 62%; couples with recurrent abortion 2 05%; couples having congenital deficiency baby 0%.\ Conclusion\ Chromosomal analysis is very important in diagnosis,estimating treatment effect and predicting prognosis in leukemia.\ It is also important in clinic diagnosis and treatment,because chromosomal abnormalities are frequent in the population.\ Advanced technology must be taken,for example,high resolution banding,so as to develop correct diagnosis and give an active treating programme.
