| 摘 要： | 目的:总结348例70岁以上老年冠心病患者的临床麻醉方法选择。方法:对我科2000至2004年348例围术期老年冠心病患者进行严密的临床观察和妥善处理。结果:全组病例麻醉手术期间无死亡。结论:术前全面了解病情作好麻醉准备,合理选择麻醉方法,术中维持血流动力学稳定,保持心肌氧供需平衡,做好麻醉各种监测是减少围术期并发症和死亡率的要点。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize selection of the anesthesia method of the old coronary heart disease patient over 70 for 348.Method: From 2000 to 2004,348 elderly patients with coronary heart disease at perioperative period were given carefully clinical observation and treatment.Result: The patients had no death while anaesthetizing in the operation.Conclusion: Having a proper preanesthesia before operation and selecting the optimal anesthetization,maintaining stable hemodynamic,giving enough oxygen consumption of myocardium,monitoring vital signs are the key of releasing anesthesia complications and death rate. |
