青年护士工作压力与心理健康相关性研究

目的 :研究青年护士工作压力与心理健康状况的相关性。方法 :通过整群分层抽样 ,采用护士工作压力表和SCL -90症状自评量表对涪陵城区 4所医院的 2 3 8名在职青年护士进行调查。结果 :青年护士工作压力以儿科、内科、外科、妇产科最大。高学历护士压力居首位。青年护士心理健康水平比一般女性差 ,各因子分阳性率除躯体化、恐怖外均大于10 %。单因素分析和多元逐步回归分析表明 ,青年护士工作压力有损心理健康 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :护理工作压力对青年护士心理健康有影响。因此 ,加强对青年护士的卫生保健工作 ,防止心身疾病的发生有十分重要的现实意义

A Study on the Relativity Between Work Pressure and Psychological Health of Young Nurses

Objective: to study on the relativity between work pressure and psychological health of young nurses. Method: by colony stratification sampling, a total of 238 young nurses from 4 hospitals of city proper of Fuling were investigated via filling out both "Nurses Work Pressure Scale" and SCL-90. Results: nurses working in department of pediatrics, internal medicine, surgical, and obstetrics and gynecology have the highest working pressure. Nurses with high record of formal schooling have the first-place of working pressure. Psychological health status of young nurses was poorer than ordinary female. Positive rates of every factor score were more than 10% except for somatization and phobia. It was showed by mono-factor analysis and poly-progressive regression analysis that working pressure may do harm to their health for young nurses (P<0.05). Conclusion: nursing work pressure of young nurses negatively affects their psychological health. Therefore, one should strengthen the health care of nurses, which has important realistic sense for preventing the psychosomatic disease from happening.
