河南省1/10抽样人口恶性肿瘤死亡调查研究报告(1990～1992年)

目的 :调查河南省 2 0世纪 90年代初期 1/ 10抽样人口恶性肿瘤死亡率及其分布特征。方法 :收集河南省15个市县居民死亡资料 ,按《居民病伤死因统计》的统计方法 ,分析常见恶性肿瘤死亡率及其分布特征。结果 :1990～ 1992年河南 1/ 10人口恶性肿瘤普通死亡率为 117 2 5 / 10万 ,中国人口调整死亡率为 10 7 3 8/ 10万 ,占人口总死亡的 19 0 5 % ,居于各种死因的第二位。与 70年代相比 ,男性增加了 3 5 41% ,女性增加了 7 3 5 %。食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、肺癌等为最常见癌症。结论 :河南居民癌症死亡率呈上升趋势 ,对人们生命和健康危害严重 ,应加强肿瘤防治工作

Death retrospective survey in 1990-1992 about malignancy on 15 city-counties of Henan

Objective: To estimate 1/10 inhabitants of Henan's cancer mortality and the distribution Methods: We collected cancer mortality data from 1990 1992, according to Mortality Satistics of Causes of Death in Population The cancer mortality rates and the distribution were studied Results: The data thus obtained show that cancer dealth are the leading cause in Henan, during the period of 1990 to 1992, all cancer mortality rates is 117 25 per 100 000 and age adjusted rates is 107 38 per 100 000, accordong for 19 05% of all cause of deaths To comparies 70's the cancer mortality rates have increased 35 41% for males and 7 35% for females Cancers of the esophagus, stomach, liver And lung was the leading cancers Conclusion: The trends of cancer mortalty rates have increased over the last two decades strengthening education for health is important in cancer control,Hence the need for a comprehensive control programme
