江苏省2005年流感的流行概况及其特征

摘    要:目的]了解2005年江苏省流感的流行特点,探讨流感优势株的变化,为流感防制提供科学依据。方法]选择流感监测点,采用流行病学、病原学和血清学方法进行调查。结果]2005年流感样病例未出现较为明显的冬春峰,流感优势株为H1N1亚型,占病毒分离数的76.90%,H3N2亚型和B型分别占总病毒分离数的6.90%和8.30%,其余为7.80%。正常人群流感H3N2阳性率最高,达90.73%(GMT 42.81),H1N1阳性率为81.67%(GMT19.57),B型Victoria系阳性率仅为24.56%(GMT 6.68)。结论]H1N1亚型流感病毒是江苏省2005年的优势毒株,需加强防范该毒株引起的暴发和流行。

Abstract:Objective]To study the epidemical characteristics of influenza in Jiangsu in 2005 and to discuss the changes of the predominant strains of influenza,in order to provide scientific basis for defending influenza effectively.Methods]Surveillance sites were selected and the investigation was carried out by the method of epidemiology,pathology and serology.Results]The two seasonal peaks in 2005 were inapparent.The predominant stain of influenza was A subtype H1N1 with the isolation rate of 76.90%,the co-circulating strains were A subtype H3N2 and B type with the isolation rate of 6.90% and 8.30%,respectively.The subtype H3N2 antibody level in general people was the highest,with the positive rate of 90.73%(GMT 42.81),and the positive rate of subtype H1N1 and B type were 81.67%(GMT 19.57)and 24.56%(GMT 6.68),respectively.Conclusion]The predominant stain of influenza was A subtype H1N1 in Jiangsu in 2005,and it is necessary to enhance the surveillance of influenza A subtype H1N1,especially to decrease the probability of outbreak or epidemic caused by H1N1.
