二氧化碳激光治疗尿道口尖锐湿疣56例

目的:观察CO2激光治疗尿道口尖锐湿疣的疗效.方法:100例尿道口尖锐湿疣患者,分为治疗组56例,采用CO2激光治疗;对照组44例,采用20%足叶草酯治疗.在3个月内对两组的复发率进行比较.结果:治疗组复发率21.4%,对照组复发率为54.5%,两组复发率差异有极显著性(P＜0.01).结论:CO2激光治疗尿道口尖锐湿疣预后较好.

Clinical Observation of 56 Cases of Urethra Condyloma Acuminatum Treated with CO2 Laser

Objective:To observe the efficacy of CO 2 laser in the treatment of urethra condyloma acuminatum(CA). Methods:In this study, 100 cases of urethra condyloma acumination were recruited: 56 cases were treated with CO 2 laser (group CO 2 laser), while the other 44 cases with 20% peltatin(group peltatin). The relapse rates of the two groups were compared after three months of treatment. Results:The relapse rates of groups CO 2 laser and posalfilin were 21.4% and 54.5%, respectively. The difference between the two groups were statistically significant ( P <0.01). Conclusion:The CO 2 laser therapy is superior to the peltatin therapy in respect of the prognosis of patients with urethra condyloma acuminatum.
