FQ PCR方法检测延边地区高危型人乳头瘤病毒基因型

目的]检测高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的13种基因型,为早期诊断HPV感染和预防宫颈癌的发生提供依据.方法]采用FQ PCR方法检测67例HPV感染患者高危型HPV基因型.结果]67例患者中HPV基因型单一感染型者为14例(20.9%),多种HPV基因型混合感染型者为12例(17.9%),高危型HPV基因型在各种宫颈病变中的阳性率为38.8%,其在CINⅠ中的阳性率为5.1%(2/39),CINⅡ为66.7%(8/12),CINⅢ和宫颈癌中表达阳性率均为100.0%(10/10,6/6).结论]HPV亚型检测可用于宫颈病变的筛查和病情判断,多重HPV感染及类别与宫颈病变级别相关.

Detection of high risk HPV types by the FQ PCR in Yanbian area

OBJECTIVE To detect the genotypes of 13 types of high risk HPV to provide the evidence for the early diagnosis and treatment of HPV infection and cervical cancer prevention. METHODS High risk HPV types were tested by FQ PCR in 67 patients of HPV infection. RESULTS Out of 67 patients, single type of HPV was found in 14 cases（20.9 %）, and mixed types of HPV were found in 12 cases （17.9 % ）. The average positive rates of genotype of high risk HPV types in cervical lesions were 38.8 %, and genotype of high risk HPV types was positive in 5.1%（2/39） of CINⅠ , 66.7%（8/12） of CINⅡ, and in 100.0% of CIN Ⅲ（10/10） and cervical cancer（6/6）. CONCLUSION The detection of HPV subtypes can be used in the screening of cervical lesions and prediction of progression, and the multiple HPV infection and its types were associated with cervical lesions grades.
