摘    要:目的]建立延边地产传统朝药材万年蒿的化学成分指纹图谱,并进行延边不同产地万年蒿的化学成分指纹图谱进行分析,为万年蒿的质量控制及品种鉴定提供依据.方法]采用高效液相色谱法,应用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250.0mm×4.6mm,5"m),流动相为甲醇-4mL/L磷酸水溶液,流动速度为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为360nm,柱温为35℃,采用线性梯度洗脱.结果]对延边地产9批万年蒿药材化学成分的指纹图谱进行分析,共检出16个分离度大于1.0的共有峰.结论]高效液相色谱法简便、快速,可作为控制、鉴定与评价传统朝药材万年蒿质量的有效方法.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical composition of the fingerprint of the Artemisiia sacrorum ledeb of korean traditional crude herbs in Yanbian, and to analyze the chemical composition of the fingerprint of the Artemisiia sacrorum ledeb in different habitats of Yanbian toprovide the basis of quality control and identification of variety. METHODS The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used, chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18 (250.0 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase was methanol: phosphoric acid aqueous solution in gradient elution, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detecting wavelength was at 360 nm, and the column temperature was 35 ℃. RESULTS 1.0 of commom peaks over 16 of separating dgree were all detected with analysis the fingerprint by HPLC for 9 of batchs Artemisiia sacrorum ledeb from other different places of Yanbian. CONCLUSION The HPLC is simple, quick as a effective method for controlling, identifying and evaluating the quality of Artemisiia sacrorum ledeb
