| 摘 要： | 根据现代高等教育发展的趋势，分析指出为了满足现代社会经济发展和终身教育的需要，高等教育呈现出发展性、适应性、多样化和特色化的特点。高等教育的发展对教育管理提出了新的要求。广东药学院主动顺应这种变化，实施新的管理机制，促进教育质量稳步提高。在以管理促质量，以质量促发展的办学过程中，形成了自己的特色。

| Abstract: | This article analyses and points out that modem higher education presents the features of the development, adaptation, diversification and characteristics, in order to meet the needs of the social and economic development and lifelong education. There is a new demand to educational management for the development of higher education. A new management system has been carried out to fit the development of morden higher education,and has formed the characteristics. |
