| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃泌素(Gas)、生长抑素(SST)与脾虚证发生的关系。方法:观察实验脾虚证发生过程中体液 Gas、SST 含量的变化,并用四君子汤反证.结果:脾虚时体液中 Gas 含量低下,SST 含量增高。经四君子汤预防和治疗的脾虚大鼠,Gas、SST 水平得到明显的改善,明显优于脾虚自然恢复大鼠。结论:本研究结果初步表明,脾虚时体液 Gas、SST 水平紊乱是导致脾失健运的主要原因之一。

| Abstract: | Aims:To explore the relationship between gastrointestinal hormones and patho- genesis of spleen asthenia syndrome.Methods:The variations of Gas and SST in body fluid were measured by RIA,and Sijunzi decoction(SIJD) was chosen for confirmation.Results:In spleen as- thenia syndrome the level of Gas in body fluid significantly decreased and SST markedly in- creased,which was improved and even better than spontaneous recovery group after prevention and therapy with SIJD.Conclusions:The study confirmed that disorder of Gas and SST in body fluid would lead topi Shi Jian Yun. |
