清金化痰汤对抗生素治疗脑卒中并肺部感染的协同作用

目的观察清金化痰汤辅佐抗生素治疗脑卒中并肺部感染的临床疗效.方法采用清金化痰汤加减辅佐抗生素治疗脑卒中并肺部感染66例,并设对照组63例仅予常规的抗生素治疗,两组治疗2周后作疗效观察.结果观察组治愈48例,好转12例,未愈6例,总有效率90.90%;对照组治愈33例,好转14例,未愈16例,总有效率74.46%;经卡方检验X2=7.411,P＜0.05.结论清金化痰汤可协同抗生素提高治疗脑卒中并肺部感染的疗效.

Cooperate Function on Qingjin Expectorant Decotion and Antibiotics to Cerebral Apoplexy Complicated Pulmonary Infection

Objective: To observe the Qingjin expectorant decotion assisting the clinic curative effect about the antibiotics treating cerebral apoplexy complicated pulmonary iInfection. Methods: Adopted the Qingjin expectorant decotion adding or decreasing the cooperate function about the antibiotics treating cerebral apoplexy complicated pulmonary ilnfection 66 cases, and found a comparison 63 cases that only be treated the routine antibiotics. After 2 weeks we observed their curative effect. Results: The observe group witch 48 cases are cure, 12 cases are mend, and 6 cases are invalidation, the general efficiency is 90.90% ; The comparison group that 33 cases are cure, 14 cases are mend, and 16 cases are invalidation , the general efficiency is 74.46% . By the Chi-soquare analyzing that X2 = 7.411, P<0.05. Conclusion: The Qingjin expectorant decotion can assist the clinic curative effect the antibiotics treating cerebral apoplexy complicated pulmonary ilnfection .
