| 摘 要： | 目的了解九江吸毒人群HIV感染和相关行为、态度、知识,为制定预防措施提供依据.方法采用血清流行病学和问卷方法,对445名吸毒者进行调查.结果未检出HIV感染者,静脉吸毒率86.7%,共用针具率58.5%,89.7%的人对艾滋病知识有一定的了解,但不全面.结论应针对该人群的特点,采取有效健康教育和干预措施预防HIV在该人群的流行.

| Abstract: | Objective To understand HIV prevalence and high risk behavior and HIV/AIDS knowledge among drug users in Jiujiang to obtain the information for HIV control and prevention through drug users transmission. Methods 445 drug users were asked for a questionnaire and detected for HIV antibody. Results Non of 445 drug users was found to be infected with HIV, 86.7% of them(386) had history of injecting drug, 58.5% (226)of whom had ever shared the syringes and needles with others.89.7% of them knew some information about HIV/AIDS. Conclusion It is suggested that the proper and effective education and interventions on them ought to be conducted in order to prevent the spead of HIV/AIDS. |
