| 摘 要： | 目的：比较三种锁骨骨折内固定的疗效。方法：手术治疗锁骨骨折118例，其中45例采用克氏针髓内固定，32例采用钢板螺钉固定，41例采用镍钛记忆合金固定。结果：克氏针髓内固定组：优26例，良13例，差6例；钢板螺钉固定组：优22例，良7例，差3例；镍钛记忆合金固定组：优38例，良3例。结论：三种不同内固定方法比较结果表明镍钛记忆合金固定效果最好，其优良率达100％。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the effect of three methods forinternal fixation of clavicle fractures. Methods: 118 cases of clavicle fracture were received. among them 45 cases were treaged by ikschner fixation, 32 cases were treaded by steel plate bolt fixation and the other 41 cases were threaded by NiTi-memorial device fixation. Results: 26, 13 and 6 cases obtained excellent, good and bad, respectively in kischner fixationg roup; 22, 7 and 3 cases abtained excellent, good and bad, respectively in steel bolt fixation group; 38 and 3 cases obtained excellent and good, respectively in NiTi-memorial device fixation group. Conclusion:The results of three different fixation methods assessment showed that the NiTi-memorial device fixation had the best effect of fixation. The excellent and good were seen in 100%. |
