北京市某区社区卫生人力资源现状与激励机制探讨

摘    要:虽然现阶段北京市某区的卫生人力资源较为丰富,但仍然存在结构配置不合理、医疗资源分布不均的问题。尤以社区卫生人才年龄老化,学历、职称偏低等较为突出。本文通过对北京市某区社区卫生人力资源现状分析,重点从就业意向、薪酬分配意向、需求激励意向、职业生涯规划意向等方面进行初步探讨。以"人力资源是第一资源"为理念,强化社区卫生服务机构的激励机制,促进社区卫生服务机构的发展建设。

Abstract:Currently some district in Beijing was very rich in human resources on health care.However,there were some critical issues such as inappropriate structures and unbalanced clinical resources.Especially the staff members were aging with low education and low professional titles.Based on the analysis of current human resources on health care at Haidian District in Beijing,in this paper the corresponding job market,salary expectation,required stimulus,career orientation,etc were investigated.This paper stemmed from the concept "human resources are the most important resources",and emphasized the importance of stimulus on personnel at health care service institutions,aiming to promote the development of community health care.
