5-Fu缓释剂局部埋植治疗卵巢癌腹膜后转移的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨植入用5Fu缓释剂局部埋植化疗用于治疗卵巢癌腹膜后转移的可行性。方法建立卵巢癌腹膜后转移动物模型,随机分成三组,腹膜后局部埋植组(A组)埋植5Fu缓释剂2mg,腹腔给药组(B组)注射同等剂量的氟尿嘧啶针剂,空白对照组(C组)腹腔注射生理盐水,观察肿瘤的生物学行为和治疗效果。结果A组较B、C组瘤体积明显减小,重量减轻,荷瘤鼠生存状态提高。结论腹膜后局部埋植5Fu缓释剂对卵巢癌腹膜后转移具有明显的治疗效果,为临床治疗卵巢癌腹膜后转移提供了一种新的治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the feasibility of chemothreapy by 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) sustained-release pellet on retroperitoneal metastasis of ovarian cancer. Methods We first established the retroperitoneal metastasis models of human ovarian cancer. Thirty-nine mice were divided into 3 groups: 5-Fu(2 mg) local implant group,5-Fu intraperitoneal injection group and NS injection group. Two weeks later, therapeutic efficacy in the three groups was evaluated. Results The therapeutic efficacy was significantly improved in 5-Fu local implant group than the other two groups(P<0.05).And the survival state of SCID mice was improved. Conclusion The slow-released 5-Fu pellet in the treatment of ovarian cancer is feasible. And it may provide a new therapy strategy for retroperitoneal metastasis of ovarian cancer.
