| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定地锦草中芦丁的含量方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Agilent Tc-C18PN518925-902(5μm,4.6×250mm)为色谱柱,甲醇-1%冰醋酸(35∶65)为流动相,流速:1mL.min-1,检测波长为257nm,柱温:35℃。结果芦丁进样量在0.019~0.38μg范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.73%,RSD(n=6)为1.05%。结论该方法简便准确,重现性好,可以作为地锦草中芦丁的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of rutin in Herba Euphorbiae.METHODS The HPLC system consisted of Agilent Tc-C18 PN518925-902（5μm,4.6×250mm）and methanol-1%glacial acetic acid（35∶65）as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1,the detective wavelength was 257nm and column temperature was 35℃.RESULTS The calibration curve showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.019～0.38μg,r=0.9999,the average recovery was 98.73% and RSD（n=6）was 1.05%.CONCLUSION The method was simple,accurate and repeatable.It can be used for quality control of rutin in Herba Euphorbiae. |
