妊娠期糖耐量降低与妊娠结局的关系

目的探讨妊娠期糖耐量降低与妊娠结局的关系。方法回顾性分析81例妊娠期糖耐量降低患者与对照组81例正常妊娠孕妇妊娠期并发症、围生儿预后的比较。结果妊高症（PIH）、胎膜早破（PROM）、巨大儿、羊水过多、剖宫产率、新生儿窒息率、早产儿、新生儿低血糖、高胆红素血症的发生率均较对照组高,差异具有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论妊娠期糖耐量降低影响妊娠结局。

Relationship between the gestational impaired glucose tolerance and gestational results

Objective： To study the relationship between the gestational impaired glucose tolerance（GIGT） and the gestational results.Methods： A retrospetive method was applied to analyze the pregnancy complications,prognosis of neonate in 81 patients with GIGT and another 81 normal pregnant women as controls.Results： Compared to the control group,incidences of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,premature rupture of membrane,macrosomia,overabundant amniotic fluid,the rate of cesarean section,neonatal asphyxiation,neonatal hypoglycemia and neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in gestational impaired glucose tolerance group were obviously high and had significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： The gestational impaired glucose tolerance affects gestational results.
