左旋布比卡因腰硬联合阻滞在妇科手术中的临床应用

目的:探讨0.5%左旋布比卡因在妇科手术用于网膜下隙阻滞的安全性及效果。方法:随机选择ASA1-2级60例妇科病人分成3组,LB和B组腰麻用药分别为0.5%左旋布比卡因12mg,0.75%布比卡因12mg,,E组硬膜外用药为2%利多卡因。LB和B组必要时硬膜外以2%利多卡因维持。术中连续监测BP,HR,SpO2,ST并观察麻醉效果和不良反应。结果:LB和B组最高阻滞平面,最高阻滞平面到达时间,肌松效果差异无显著。E组临床效果不如其他两组。三组不良反应无明显差别。结论:0.5%左旋布比卡因腰硬联合阻滞用于妇科手术是安全有效的,同0.75%布比卡因无显著差异且优于硬膜外。

Laevo-rotatory Cloth Hard Hinders Jointly Compared to the Kain Waist in the Gynecology department Srugery the Clinical Practice

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of 0.5% levobupicain for combined spinal and epidural anesthesia in patients undergoing gynaecological surgery Methods Sixty ASA 1-2 patients ,Scheduled for selective gynaecological surgery were randomly divided into three groups .The patients in groupLB received 0.5% levobupicain 12mg,in group B 0.75% bupicain 12mg for spinal anesthesia and in groupE 2% lidocaine for epidural block. 2% lidocaine was supplemented by epidural catheter when anesthesia was inadequate.The BP,HR, SpO2 and ST were continually monitored.Sensory, motor ,blockade,side effects were recorded .Results Theplane of block ,onset time,duration of blockade ,motorblock,and side effects were comparabl between groupLB and groupB. The efficacy of groupLB and groupB were better than that of groupE. The was no neural side effects in all group. Conclusion 0.5% levobupicain for CSEA is effective and safe for gynaecological surgery.
