| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨内皮素(ET)与急性胃黏膜损伤的关系。方法 采用放射免疫法测定40例乙醇性急性胃黏膜损伤患者(其中20例合并消化道出血)和30例正常人血浆中ET的含量。结果 急性胃黏膜损伤患者血浆中ET含量较对照组升高(P＜0．05)；而合并消化道出血的患者血浆ET水平更高，差异有统计学意义。结论 ET在急性胃黏膜损伤的发病机制中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relation between plasma endothelin(ET) and acute gastric mucosal injury.Methods Plasma ET concentrations were measured by radioimmunoassay of 40 patients with ethanol-induced acute gastric mucosal injury (among 20 patients with bleeding) and 30 healthy adults.Results Plasma ET concentration was higher in acute gastric mucosal injury than in the control.It was also found that plasma ET concentration was much higher in patients with bleeding than without bleeding,the difference was significant.Conclusion ET plays an important role in pathogenesis of acute gastric mucosal injury. |
