纤维树脂核修复前牙冠折的临床效果

目的观察纤维树脂核修复前牙冠折的临床效果，分析失败原因以寻找预防措施。方法选择139例患者的148例前牙冠折纤维树脂核修复的临床资料，使用纤维桩联合全烤瓷冠技术修复牙体缺损，并运用完善的根管治疗。所有患牙至少每半年随访1次，经过6—36个月的临床观察。结果139例患牙无纤维桩脱落，牙根折断，无其他并发症，粘合良好；9例失败病例，分别为3例纤维桩折断，3例纤维桩松动，2例树脂核脱落，1例继发龋齿。成功率为93．9％。结论纤维树脂核修复前牙冠折，不易造成根折，有较好的临床效果。

Clinical effect of fiber post combined resin crown in the anterior teeth

Objective To observe the clinical effect of fiber post combined resin crown in the anterior teeth and find out the preventive measures through the analysis of the failure cause. Methods 148 eases of post combined resin crown in the anterior tooth of 139 patients, which were crowned with fiber post combined resin, treated with root canal perfectly. All of the diseased tooth were followed-up every 6 months for 6 ~ 36 months. Results 139 cases of the 148 diseased tooth were successful and spliced well, without fiber post felled off, without dental root fracture, without other complications. Of the 9 failure cases, there were 3 cases fiber post fracture, 3 cases fiber post loosing, 2 cases resin core felled off, and 1 cases dental caries secondary. The success rate was 93.9%. Conclusion fiber post combined resin crown in the anterior teeth has the best clinical effect.
