呼唤式护理干预对脑卒中昏迷患者促醒的临床作用

目的探讨呼唤式护理干预对脑卒中昏迷患者的促醒作用。方法将86例脑卒中昏迷患者按护理方法不同分为对照组与治疗组。对照组按神经内科护理常规进行护理，治疗组在常规护理基础上加用呼唤式护理干预，并在病程不同时间段评定两组患者昏迷量表评分及清醒例数。结果两组患者治疗后的格拉斯哥昏迷量表（GCS）评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且呼唤组清醒率显著优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论应用呼唤式护理模式护理脑卒中昏迷患者，能加速患者清醒，提高其生活质量。

Clinical effect of call nursing intervention on promoting sober for patients with coma apoplectic

Objective To explore the agryphnotic effect of call nursing intervention for patients with coma apoplectic. Methods Eighty-six cases with coma apoplectic were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the different nursing methods. The patients in the control group were given the neurological routine care, while the patients in the treatment group were given the call nursing intervention on the basis of routine care. The coma scale score and sober case numbers of two groups during the different time periods were evaluated. Results The difference was statistically significant in the Glasgow coma scale（GCS} score after the treatment between two groups （P 〈 0.05）, and the sober rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group（P 〈 0.0l）. Conclusion Call nursing intervention for patients with coma apoplectic can promote the sober of patients, and improve the quality of life.
