头位评分与头位难产的临床分析

目的探讨头位评分法对单胎头位分娩方式和新生儿预后的临床价值。方法回顾性分析，对2061例临床资料进行分析，统计学处理采用x。检验。结果评分≥12分者绝大多数可经阴道分娩；9～11分者可试产；≤8分者应剖宫产结束分娩。评分≤9分者新生儿窒息率、死亡率高。结论头位评分法和各得分因素有较大临床价值，值得推广应用。

Clinical analysis on the cephalic score and cephalic dystocia

Objective To study the clinical value of cephalic score for single fetal head delivery mode and neonatal prognosis. Methods The clinical data of 2061 cases were retrospectivly analyzed,and the statistical analysis was with x2 test. Results The most of puerperants with score 〉 12 points can be with with vaginal delivery, the puerperants with score 9 to 11 points can pilot to delivery,the puerperants with score 〈 8 points were treated with caesarean section,and the asphyxia rate and death rate of newborns with score 〈 9 points were high. Conclusion The cephalic score method and score factors have high clinical value,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
