开颅减压术治疗重型颅脑创伤的效果研究

目的探讨开颅减压术在治疗重型颅脑创伤中的效果。方法回顾性分析2010年1月～2013年1月来我院就诊的重型颅脑创伤患者75例，按照骨窗大小的不同，分为治疗组和对照组，比较两组患者的治疗效果及并发症。结果治疗组术后GCS评分明显高于对照组，两组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。两组并发症的发生率分别为：27．50％、65．71％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论开颅减压术，在治疗重型颅脑创伤尤其是一些特重型的颅脑损伤者，能显著提高治愈率，减少由于继发颅内高压而导致再次进行手术的概率。

Effect analysis of decompressive craniotomy in treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma

Objective To investigate the effect of decompressive craniotomy in the treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods Seventy-five patients with severe craniocerebral trauma who were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were analyzed retrospectively and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the bone window size. The treatment effect and complications of the 2 groups were compared. Results The treatment group had higher GCS score than the control group, with significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The incidences of complications of the two groups were 27.50% and 65.71% respectively,with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma especially some particularly severe craniocerebral injury, decompressive craniotomy can significantly improve the cure rate and reduce the probability of secondary intracranial hypertension induced re-surgery.
