| 摘 要： | 目的探索临床护理路径在产科的应用并评价其效果。方法以自然分娩的产妇300例为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各150例，实验组采用临床护理路径，对照组采用常规护理，比较两组护理效果。结果临床护理路径组在住院天数、住院费用、产妇健康知识的获得、产妇护理满意率和护患纠纷等指标上均好于常规组，差异有统计学意义（p〈O．05）。结论临床护理路径提高了产科护理质量，给产妇提供了优质的护理服务，有利于产妇的身体恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway in the obstetric department and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods 300 puerperae giving natural birth were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 150 patients in each group. The experimental group received clinical nursing pathway and the control group received conventional nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The experimental group was better than the control group in the length of stay, hospitalization costs, maternal health knowledge acquisition, maternal satisfaction rate and nurse-patient disputes, with statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway improves obstetrical nursing quality, provides quality nursing services and accelerates physical rehabilitation. |
