血清脂肪细胞脂肪酸结合蛋白与2型糖尿病大血管病变的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨T2DM患者血清脂肪细胞脂肪酸结合蛋白(A-FABP)水平与大血管病变的相关性. 方法 选取60例T2DM患者,其中未合并大血管病变患者(A组)30例、合并大血管病变患者(B组)30例,另选取我院同期30名健康体检者为正常对照(NC)组.采用ELISA检测3组血清A-FABP水平,并进行比较. 结果 3组血清A-FABP水平依次为:NC组(9.66±2.15) ng/L<A组(19.05±3.82)ng/L<B组(36.42±8.04)ng/L;A组血清A-FABP水平与FPG、2 hPG、TC相关(r值分别为0.478、0.453、-0.387,P<0.05或P<0.01).B组血清A-FABP水平与FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、SBP、TG、HDL-C相关(r值分别为0.388、0.408、0.380、0.435、-0.378、-0.390,P<0.05或P<0.01).回归分析显示,校正混杂因素后,血清A-FABP水平仍与糖尿病大血管病变相关(P<0.05). 结论 血清A-FABP是糖尿病合并大血管病变的独立危险因素之一,对预测T2DM合并大血管并发症有一定的意义.

The correlation between serum adipocyte fatty acid-binding protein and macroangiopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract:Objective To explore the association between serum adipocyte fatty acid-binding protein (A-FABP) level and macroangiopathy in patients with T2DM. Methods 60 patients with T2DM were divided into two groups: T2DM without (group A, n = 30) and with (group B, n= 30) macroangiopathy. 30 healthy people who received healthy examination were selected as control group (NC group). ELISA was used to detect the serum A-FABP level. Results The serum levels o{ A-FABP in three groups were in order as following:NC group (9.66±2. 15) ng/L],group A E(19. 05±3. 82) ng/L],group B (36.42± 8. 04) ng/L]. In group A, the serum A-FABP level was positively correlated with FPG and 2 hPG(r= 0. 478,0. 453, respectively, P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01 ), and negatively correlated with TC (r = - 0.387, P〈 0.05). In group B, the serum A-FABP level was positively correlated with FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1 c and SBP (r=0.388,0.408,0.380 and 0.435,respectively,P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) ,and negatively correlated with TG and HDL-C (r=-0. 378,-0. 390, P〈0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that serum A-FABP level was independently related to macrovaseular complications of diabetes after removing the confounding factors (P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum A-FABP is one of the independent risk factors for diabetes mellitus,and can serve as a biomarker to predict the early vascular complications in patients with T2DM.
