颅内血肿微创清除术治疗38例颅脑出血的疗效评价

目的探讨颅内血肿微创清除术治疗颅脑出血的临床疗效。方法76例颅脑出血患者，分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用保守治疗。观察组采用颅内血肿微创清除术。结果治疗1周及2周后，观察组神经功能缺损评分的改善情况均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）c观察组总有效率（86．84％）高于对照组（65．79％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论颅内血肿微创清除术治疗颅脑出血患者疗效佳，能有效改善患者预后。

Curative effect evaluation on minimally invasive removal ofintracranial hematoma in the treatment of 38 patients with cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive removal of intracranial bematoma in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Seventy-six cases of cerebral hemorrhage were divided into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the control group were used conservative treatment, while the patients in the observation group were underwent minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma. Results The improvement of neural function defect score in the observation group after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment were better than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.01）. The total effective rate of the observation group（86.84%） was higher than that of the control group（65.79%）, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage has good curative effect, and can effectively improve the prognosis of patients.
