学龄前儿童乳磨牙浅龋应用窝沟封闭齐治疗的临床效果分析

目的研究讨论了窝沟封闭剂在治疗儿童乳磨牙浅龋上的临床应用效果。方法选择了我院在2009年的3月份～2010年的4月份收治的89名儿童，运用半侧的口腔设计的基本原则，采用的实验方式是自身对照式（即在患者自身的牙齿两侧进行）根据随机的确定，分为试验组和对照组，将试验组的一侧涂上封闭剂，另一侧对照组不涂封闭剂。观察治疗效果。结果运用窝沟封闭剂进行治疗的一侧牙齿患龋齿的概率是1．1％，没有运用窝沟封闭剂的一侧牙齿患龋齿的概率是8．4％，运用窝沟封闭剂的实验组患龋齿的效率明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论运用窝沟封闭剂对治疗学龄前儿童乳磨牙浅龋的临床效果是非常好的，值得推广。

Analysis of clinical effect of fissure sealant treatment for deciduous molar superficial caries of preschoolers

Objective To explore the clinical effect of fissure sealant for the treatment of deciduous molar superficial caries of preschoolers. Methods 89 children in our hospital from March 2009 to April 2010 were selected as research objects,applied the basic principle of hemi oral design,the participants act as their own control,according to the random determination,divided into experimental group and control group,the side of the experimental group was coated with sealant,the other side of the control group was not coated with sealant,then observe the clinical effect. Results The side of the experiment group has less cavities than that of the control group, the probability of caries was 1.1% and 8.d% respectively,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of fissure sealant for the treatment of deciduous molar superficial caries in preschoolers is very good,which is worthy of promotion.
