同型半胱氨酸与动脉粥样硬化型急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究

目的对同型半胱氨酸与动脉粥样硬化型急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性进行研究。方法选取20lO年5月．2011年5月期间的动脉粥样硬化型急性脑梗死患者61例作为观察组，另取同一时间段的无脑血管病患者61例作为对照组，对两组患者进行超声监测其斑块情况，颈动脉路外端血管内膜中层厚度（IMT）以及Hey水平，根据H吖水平将观察组中患者分为高同型半胱氨酸组（A组）及正常半胱氨酸组（B组）。结果相对于对照组，观察组中的动脉粥样硬化型急性脑梗死患者的血清Hey以及IMT值均更高，且相对于B组中的患者，A组中患者的血清Hcv以及颈动脉路外端血管内膜中层厚度值均更高（P〈0．05）。结论动脉粥样硬化型急性脑梗死患者的血清Hcv值相较于无脑血管疾病患者更高，同型半胱氨酸水平与动脉粥样硬化型急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化呈正相关的关系。

Study the correlation of homocysteine and atherosclerosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction carotid atherosclerosis

Objective To study the correlation of homocysteine and atherosclerosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction carotid atherosclerosis. Methods 61 patients with acute cerebral infarction carotid atherosclerosis from May 2010 to May 2011 were selected as the observation group, 61 cases without brain disease from the same time period were selected as the control group.ultrasound monitored the plaques,the outer end of the carotid artery road intima-media thickness （IMT） and Hcy levels, the patients in the observation group were divided into high homocysteine group （group A） and normal group（group B） according to Hcy levels. Results Compared with the control group, patients＇ serum Hcy and IMT values in the observation group were higher; compared with the patients in the group B,the patients＇serum Hcy and IMT in group A were both higher（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion the serum Hcy values of atherosclerosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction is higher than the patients without brain disease, homocysteine levels and atherosclerosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction carotid atherosclerosis is positively correlated.
