腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术的临床效果分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术的临床效果及应用价值。方法分别选择我院2010年1月～2011年12月我院50例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术和50例传统开腹子宫肌瘤剥除术的临床资料进行回顾性分析，前者作为腹腔镜组，后者为传统开腹组。观察两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间以及住院日。结果腹腔镜组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间与传统开腹组相比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论在对子宫肌瘤的手术治疗中，与传统开腹手术相比较，行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术具有手术时间短、术中出血少、术后恢复快等明显临床优势。

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic myomectomy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods 50 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy and 50 cases of traditional laparotomic myomectomy were selected in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011.The former as the laparoscopic group, the latter for the traditional laparotomy group.The operating time, intraoperative blood loss,exhaust time and hospital days were observed and compared in both groups. Results The operating time,intraoperative blood loss,exhaust time and hospital days of laparoscopic group,compared with the traditional laparotomy group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion On the surgical treatment of uterine myoma,compared with the traditional laparotomy group,the shorter operative time,less blood loss,rapid postoperative recovery are the obvious clinical advantage of the laparoscopic group.
