血清可溶性人基质裂解素水平与2型糖尿病患者心血管风险因素的相关性

目的 探讨血清可溶性人基质裂解素（sST2）水平与T2DM患者患心血管疾病风险的相关性. 方法 根据Framingham十年心血管风险评分将239例研究对象分为4组,收集临床资料,并检测血脂、FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c及纤维蛋白原（FIB）等.ELISA检测sST2水平. 结果 随心血管风险的升高,血清sST2水平呈升高趋势,4组浓度比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.除第2组和第3组比较差异无统计学意义,其余各组两两比较,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.血清sST2水平与年龄、血浆FIB呈正相关（r=0.372、0.201,P=0.000、0.009）.血清sST2水平在既往有无血压异常的患者间比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）. 结论 血清sST2水平与T2DM患者心血管风险因素年龄、血浆FIB、Framingham十年心血管风险分层呈正相关.

The relationship between serum soluble ST2 levels and cardiovascular risks in type 2 diabetes

Objective To explore the relationship between serum soluble ST2 levels and cardiovascular risks in type 2 diabetes.Methods The study population＇s clinical data （including height,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-hip ratio,blood pressure） were measured.The venous blood was collected,and the serum specimens were separated,biochemical data （including blood lipids,fast and postprandial plasma glucose levels,glycosylated hemoglobin） were detected.The level of serum soluble ST2 was detected by ELISA.Results With the increase of cardiovascular risk in the study group,serum sST2 levels were significantly elevated,and there was significant difference in the increase of serum sST2 level among the four groups （P ＜ 0.01） and pairwise comparison showed significant statistical difference （P＜ 0.05）,except group 2 and group 3 （P＞ 0.05）.The correlation analysis showed that serum sST2 level was positively associated with age and fibrinogen （r =0.201,0.372,P=0.009,0.000）,but with no significant correlation with triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein,glycosylated hemoglobin,and fast and 2 h postprandial plasma glucose,body weight and body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference （P＞0.05）.In addition,the difference of serum SST2 level between the two groups with or hypertension history was statistically sighificant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Serum sST2 level is significantly associated with cardiovascular risk in patients with type 2 diabetes.
