氯沙坦钾片与卡托普利片治疗高血压病的临床疗效比较

目的比较氯沙坦钾片与卡托普利片治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法选择2010年1月～2012年1月我院收治的轻、中度高血压患者70例，并根据治疗方法不同分为两组，治疗组和对照组。其中，治疗组患者35例，男23例，女12例，年龄35～73岁，平均56岁；对照组患者35例，男20例，女15例，年龄为31。72岁，平均52岁。治疗组每日口服氯沙坦钾片50Mg，1日1次，连续服用4周。对照组口服卡托普利片25mg，每日3次，连续服用4周。结果治疗组患者使用氯沙坦钾片治疗的总有效率为85．7％，与对照组采用卡托普利片治疗的总有效率为77．1％相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组的不良反应发生率为8．6％，与对照组22．9％比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论氯沙坦钾片与卡托普利片治疗高血压病均有明显疗效，但氯沙坦钾服用更为方便，依从性更好且发生不良反应的概率更小，是治疗轻、中度老年高血压病的一种重要方法。

Comparison of clinical curative effect of losartan potassium tablets and captopril tablets in the treatment of hypertension

Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of losartan potassium tablets and captopril tablets in the treatment of hypertension. Methods Seventy patients with mild to moderate hypertension admitted into our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods, namely the treatment group and the control group. Among 35 patients in the treatment group, there were 23 males and 12 females, the age of the patients ranged from 35 years to 73 years, the average age was about 56 years; Among 35 patients in the control group, there were 20 males and 15 females, the age of the patients ranged from 31 years to 72 years, the average age was about 52 years. The patients in the treatment group were given oral 50rag losartan potassium tablets daily for four weeks. The patients in the control group were given oral 25rag eaptopril tablets three times each day for four weeks. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 85.7%, while that in the control group was 77.1%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse effects in the treatment group was 8.6%, while that in the control group was 22.9%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Losartan potassium tablets and captopril tablets in the treatment of hypertension has both significant curative effect, but losartan potassium tablets is more convenient to take, has better compliances and lower incidence of adverse reactions, it is an important way to therapy mild to moderate elderly hypertension.
