中国青少年骑车相关健康危险行为现状

目的了解中国青少年骑车相关健康危险行为的流行状况,为进一步制定相关伤害的预防和控制措施提供依据。方法全国18省市初一~大四学生共205 438名,进行“中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷”自填。分析相关报告率,检验差异。结果骑车违规行为的报告率为44.8%。骑车各相关危险行为双手离把、攀扶其他车辆、相互追逐打闹、骑车逆行、骑车带人和闯红灯乱穿马路的报告率分别为11.4%,5.5%,11.2%,15.4%,31.2%和12.2%。骑车带人是最常见的危险行为。各项危险行为报告率男生高于女生,基本随年级升高而降低;核心家庭儿童的各项危险行为报告率较低;不同经济水平的城市,报告高发的危险行为不同。结论青少年骑车相关健康危险行为发生与个体、家庭、社会等因素有关,应根据各自特点,采取相应预防和干预措施。

Bicycle Ride Related Risk Behaviors of Adolescents in China

Objective To know the prevalence of bicycle ride related behaviors of adolescents in China,and to provide bases for preventive measures of injuries.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 205 438 middle school students or undergraduates in 18 provinces and cities of China.Data were analyzed.Results The prevalence of bicycle ride violation was 44.8%.The incidence rate of risk behaviors such as both hands off handlebars,clinging to other vehicles,chasing or roughhousing,riding against the traffic flow,carrying person,ignoring the traffic-control signals were(11.4%,) 5.5%,11.2%,15.4%,31.2% and 12.2% respectively.Carrying person was the most frequent risk behavior.The incidence rates of boys were higher than those of girls and decreased with grade.The prevalence rates of the adolescents in core family were lower.Cities of different social economy level had different prevalence rates.Conclusion The prevalence rates of bicycle ride related risk behaviors in adolescents are associated with personal,family and social factors.Prevention measures should be taken according to the different traits.
