手术治疗小儿疝气的临床效果分析

目的分析小儿疝气治疗中传统手术和微创手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取小儿疝气患者98例,随机分为两组,对照组48例接受传统手术治疗,观察组50例接受微创手术治疗,对比两组手术时间、并发症发生率及出血量。结果观察组在平均手术用时、平均住院时间、平均出血量和自主活动所需时间上均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对小儿疝气进行治疗时,微创手术治疗用时短,出血少,对患者造成损伤及引发并发症较少,值得在临床中推广。

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Surgical Treatment for Infantile Colic

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional operation and minimally invasive operation in the treatment of treatment of pediatric hernia. Methods 98 cases of pediatric hernia patients, randomly divided into two groups, 48 cases in the control group received traditional operation therapy, 50 cases in observation group received minimally invasive operation treatment, operation time, compared two groups of complications and the incidence of bleeding volume. Results The observation group in the average operation time, average hospitalization time, average bleeding volume and independent activity time were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, the complication rate was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric hernia, short time, less bleeding with minimally invasive operation treatment, damage and cause less complications for patients, it is worth promoting in clinical.
