肾上腺出血性假性囊肿6例报告并文献复习

目的：提高对肾上腺出血性假性囊肿的诊治水平。方法：回顾性分析1980－2002年收治的6例肾上腺出血性假性囊肿的临床资料并复习相关文献予以讨论。结果：6例均无特异性的临床表现和实验室指标，彩色多普勒超声示肿物无血流信号，CT和MRI示肿物无增强改变，病理检查见囊肿壁为正常肾上腺组织和纤维结缔组织。结论：肾上腺出血性假性囊肿的诊断主要依靠彩色多普勒超声和增强的CT、MRI检查，治疗以密切观察为主。

Hemorrhagic adrenal pseudocyst (Report of 6 cases)

Purpose:To elevate the diagnosis and treatment level of hemorrhagic adrenal pseudocyst. Methods:The clinical data of 6 cases of hemorrhagic adrenal pseudocyst from 1980 to 2002 were analyzed retrospectively and literature were reviewed.Results:There were no specific clinical symptom and laboratory abnormality. No Doppler signal was found in ultrasonography, and no contrast enhancement was demonstrated with CT scan or MRI. On pathological evaluation the cystic wall was normal adrenal tissue and fibrotic tissue.Conclusions:Color Doppler imaging and enhanced CT scan and MRI are important for the diagnosis, and close follow up is the mainstay of treatment. Surgery may be required if a hemorrhagic neoplasm can't be excluded.
