足底岛状肌皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损

目的报道足底岛状肌皮瓣修复踝足部软组织缺损的临床应用体会。方法采用足底内侧岛状皮瓣21例；足底外侧岛状皮瓣8例；足内侧岛状皮瓣14例；坶外展肌皮瓣16例；趾短屈肌皮瓣6例；足底内侧远端蒂逆行皮瓣4例，共修复踝足部软组织缺损69例。结果随访6月～2年，肌皮瓣全部成活，均保留和恢复了踝足部的外形和功能。结论采用足底动脉为蒂的岛状肌皮瓣修复踝足部软组织缺损，有良好的血供，效果满意。

Repair of soft tissue defects of ankle and foot by sole artery island musculocutaneous flap

Objective To report clinical experience of repairing the soft-tissue defect of the ankle and foot by island musculocutaneous flap of sole.Methods 69 cases of the soft-tissue defect of ankle and foot were treated by using six kinds of the flaps.Among them medial sole flaps were used in 21 cases,lateral sole flaps were used in 8 cases,medial foot lisland flaps were used in 14 cases,abductor hallucis masculocutaneous flaps were used in 16 cases,flexor digitorum brevis musculocutaneous flaps were used in 6 cases,distant pedicle flaps of the medial sole artery were used in 4 cases. Results After 6 months to 2 years following up, the flaps all survived without any necrosis,the appearance of the flaps and the function of the ankle and foot were satisfactory.Conclusion By using sole artery island musculocutaneous flap to reconstruct the soft-tissue defect of the ankle and foot, it can obtain a better blood-supply and satisfactery outcome.
