脑卒中偏瘫患者两侧肱动脉血压值的监测

目的探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者偏瘫侧手臂与健侧手臂血压测量有无差异及差异的规律性。方法采用自身对照的方法,用汞柱式血压计测量153例脑卒中偏瘫患者的两侧肱动脉血压,并将所测值进行比较。结果脑卒中偏瘫患者无论是左侧偏瘫还是右侧偏瘫,其健侧与瘫痪侧肱动脉的收缩压和舒张压略有不同,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者如无肢体动脉血管病变、患肢肌张力低于Ashworth 3级,测量任何一侧的上肢血压都能代表被检者的血压水平。

Monitoring of Blood Pressure on Both Sides of Brachial Artery on Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

Objective To study the differences of the blood pressures between the hemiplegia side arm and the contralateral arm in stroke patients.Methods The blood pressure of the brachial artery on both sides was measured in 153 stroke patients by the mercury sphygmomanometer and the results were compared.Results There were no significant statistical differences between the brachial artery blood pressures on different sides in stroke patients with hemiplegia(P>0.05).Conclusion If a stroke patient has no limb artery diseases or the limb muscle tension below Ashworth 3,blood pressure of either side of the upper limb can represent his or her blood pressure level.
