2002—2006年我院抗肿瘤中药注射剂的用药分析

目的探讨医院抗肿瘤中药注射剂的应用规律。方法对中国人民解放军总医院2002—2006年抗肿瘤中药注射剂的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）及日均费用（DDDc）等进行统计。结果2002—2006年抗肿瘤中药注射剂销售金额分别占该院抗肿瘤药销售金额的13．03％。12．01％，13．43％，22．13％，17．06％；5年来，康莱特注射液销售金额约占抗肿瘤中药注射剂销售金额的一半，艾迪注射液DDDs排序一直居前两位，榄香烯乳注射液DDDs排序一直在最后两位。结论临床适应证广，兼有增强免疫、镇痛作用的抗肿瘤中药注射剂临床应用较多，在疗效相近的品种间，价格低的更易为医生和患者所接受。

Analysis on Use of Anticancer TCM Injections in Our Hospital from 2002 to 2006

Objective To investigate the rule in the use of antieancer TCM injections in the hospital. Methods Antieaneer TCM injections used in the hospital from 2002 to 2006 was analyzed statistically in terms of consumption sum,DDDs and DDDe. Results The consumption sum of antieaneer TCM injections accounted for 12.01% to 22. 13% of the total,respectively. From 2002 to 2006,the consumption sum of Kanglaite Injection accounted for 50% of that of the total anticaneer TCM injections. In terms of DDDs,Aidi Injection was the first,and Lanxiangxiru Injection was the end. Conclusion Those injections with broad spectrum in antieaneer, improving immunity and easing pain were used widely. Those cheaper injections with the similar effects could be accepted easily by doctors and patients.
