幽门螺杆菌与口腔扁平苔藓关系的探讨

目的探讨HP与OLP之间的关系方法对50例口腔扁平苔藓OLP分组作幽门螺杆菌检测一组采用快速尿素酶试验12例HP检出率83.33%二组14C一尿素呼吸试验21例HP检出率61.90%三组HP抗体金标快速检测17例HP检出率76.47%结果50例OLP中HP阳性为36例其中伴有粘膜充血、糜烂或牙龈上皮剥脱、红亮者22例HP检出率为100%结论我们认为HP与OLP之间存在着密切关系

To Investigate the Relationship of Helicobacter Pglori and Lichen Planus

Objective:To evaluate the relations between Helicobacter Pglori(HP) and oral lichen planus(OLP).Methods:HP were examined in 50 OLP cases. A group was 12 cases,that were adopted rapid urese test,positive rate were 83.33%.B group was 21 cases.it used 14 C-UBT,positive rate were 61.90%.C group was 17 cases,it were detected the HP antibody by colloid gold method,positive rate were 76.47%. Results:36 of 50 OLP cases were HP positive.Among these positive cases,22 cases these were mucosa congestion,erosion,or epithelial exfoliation of shing gingivala and these cases were detaeted HP positive.Conclusions:Data suggested that HP with OLP were very close relationship.
