摘    要:目的通过不同防腐剂对尿沉渣检测结果的影响分析,找出一种较理想的防腐剂。方法用UF-100尿沉渣流式细胞仪在不同时间段同时检测含有不同防腐剂尿沉渣,计算出各组尿红细胞、白细胞、管型、细菌及上皮细胞均值,作各时间段尿沉渣有形成分变化曲线图,并与对照组进行比较。结果戊二醛(C5H8O2)与叠氮钠(NaN3)混合防腐剂对尿红细胞、管型、细菌和上皮细胞有较好的防腐稳定作用,与对照组相比红细胞、管型、细菌和上皮细胞数有8h、24h有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),而NaN3对尿白细胞检测有较好的防腐作用。结论C5H8O2与NaN3是较理想的尿沉渣分析防腐剂。

Abstract:Objective To find out a more ideal preservative by evaluation of influ-ence of various preservatives on urine sediments.Methods Urine sediments of differ-ent time intervals were detected at the same time with UF-100flow cytometer,contain-ing different preservatives.The averages(X)of RBC,WBC,Cast,Bact and epithelial cell(EC)were calculated respectively.Curves of changes in formed urinary elements cal-lected at different time intervals were made,and compared with those of the control group.Results The mixture of Glutaraldehyde(C 5 H 8 O 2 )and sodium azide(NaN 3 )was better for preservative stability of urine RBC,Cast,Bact and EC.The quantities of RBC,Cast,Bact and EC were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05or P<0.01),Sodium azide was better for preservative stability of urine WBC.Conclusions C 5 H 8 O 2 and NaN 3 are better preservatives for the analysis of urine sedi-ments.
