| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨葛根素治疗冠心病室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法：将冠心病室性期前收缩患者78例随机分为两组：葛根素(治疗组)组，复方丹参注射液(对照组)组。治疗前后作，动态心电图检查，并对比观察临床症状。结果；治疗组室性期前收缩有效率69．05％，临床症状改善有：效率85．71％。疗效明显优于对照组(P＜0．01)。结论：葛根素治疗冠心病室性期前收缩疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of puerarin on treating arrhythmia in Coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods:78 cases suffered from CHD with arrhythmia were divided randomly into two groups.The test group(group A) was treated by puerarin,while the control group(group B) treated by the injection of Danshen co..The DCG was cheked and The clinical syndrome was observed before and after treatment.Results: The curative effect on treating arrhythmia was 69.05% and the efficiency in improving clinical syndrome was 85.71% in puerarin group. Compared with the control group, the therapeutic effect was significantly better than that in test group( P <0.01). Conclusion:Puerarin have sure curative effect on arrhythmia in CHD. |
