加减乌梅丸配合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效观察

目的：探讨化疗配合加减乌梅丸对晚期乳腺癌患者疗效。方法：将60例晚期乳腺癌患者随机分成2组,治疗组32例采用化疗合加减乌梅丸,对照组28例应用单纯化疗方案,2个疗程结束后观察近期疗效、HER-2/neuECD下降水平、KPS评分及中医症状疗效的变化。结果：治疗组与对照组均无完全缓解（CR）病例,治疗组部分缓解（PR）与对照组组比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）,治疗组稳定期（SD）高于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗组病变进展（PD）明显低于对照组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;治疗组经治疗后血清HER-2/neu ECD下降水平（5.80±0.22）ng/L明显高于对照组（2.94±0.35）ng/L（P〈0.05）;治疗组化疗后生活质量明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：化疗合加减乌梅丸可稳定晚期乳腺癌的病情及改善生活质量、提高KPS评分,同时可显著降低乳腺癌患者血清HER-2/neuECD水平,对晚期乳腺癌患者远期生存具有一定价值。

Effect Observation of Chemotherapy with Modified Wu Mei Wan on Advanced Breast Cancer

Objective ： To study the efficacy significance of Chemotherapy combined with Modified Wu Mei Wan on advanced breast cancer. Methods：60 cases with advanced breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group. 32 cases in treatment group were treated with chemotherapy combined with Modfied Wu Mei Wan, while 28 ones in control group were done with chemotherapy only. After two courses of treatment, the therapeutic effect, serum level of HER -2/neuECD, KPS score, and changes in clinical symptoms were observed respectively. Results：There was no CR case in treatment group and control group. PR cases were equal in the two groups and there was no significant difference between them （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. SD rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, but PD rate in treatment group was more lower markedly than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment decreased serum HER -2/neu ECD levels （5.80 ± 0. 22 ng/L） in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（ 2.94 ± 0.35 ）ng/L（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After chemotherapy the life quality in treatment group was better than in control group obviously （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions：chemotherapy combined with Modified Wu Mei Wan can stabilize the pathogenetic condition of advanced breast cancer, improve the life quality, raise KPS score, and cut down HER -2/neu ECD. It has the value of making a forecast on patients＇longterm survival with advanced breast cancer.
