中西医结合治疗高血压致房性心律失常

目的:采用中西医结合方法治疗高血压,达到治疗因血压升高所致房性心律失常的目的。并与单用抗心律失常药物治疗房性心律失常进行疗效比较。探讨房性心律失常的治疗方法,并证实高血压是导致房性心律失常的原因之一。方法:符合高血压纳入标准伴有房性心律失常患者108例,对照组78例。治疗组采用中药、西药或中西药联合治疗高血压,不用抗心律失常药物。对照组应用抗心律失常药物,不予降压药。观察治疗前血压、用药第14天及出院时的血压和心律失常情况。结果:第14天两组抗心律失常疗效与入院时比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01),但组间比较,对照组有效率优于治疗组,P<0.01。出院时两组比较结果相反,治疗组有效率优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:降压治疗和单纯抗心律失常治疗在治疗期间均能够取得明显疗效,前者发生疗效缓慢,疗程相对较长,但能保持长久稳定;后者起效时间较快,疗程短暂,但不能保持长久稳定,容易复发。结果证实,高血压可能是房性心律失常的重要原因之一。

Treating Atrial Arrhythmia caused by Hypertension by Integrated TCM and Western Medicine

Objective:To cure atrial arrhythmia caused by hypertension by integrated TCM and western medicine, to compare the curative effect of anti-arrhythmia medicine only, and to discuss the method of treating atrial arrhythmia. Methods:186 cases of arrhythmia caused by hypertension were randomly divided into the treatment group (108 cases) and the contrast group (78 cases). The contrast group was treated by the anti-arrhythmia medicine and the treatment group by traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine and integrated TCM and western medicine. The blood pressure and arrhythmia status before treatment, after 14 days' treatment and on the day leaving hospital were observed. Results:The difference between pre-treatment and 14 days' treatment had significant meaning (P<0.01) and the effective ratio in the contrast group was better than that of the treatment group (P<0.01). At the period of leaving hospital, the effective ratio in the treatment group were better than that of the contrast group (P<0.05). Conclusion:In the period of treatment, both antihypertensive and anti-arrhythmic therapy has good curative effect. The former has a longer treatment period with longer and stable effect while the latter has shorter treatment period with unstable and recrudescent effect. The results also show that hypertension may be a significant factor of atrial arrhythmias.
