EC耳脑胶在外伤性上矢状窦损伤修补术中的应用

目的:探讨EC耳脑胶在外伤性上矢状窦损伤修补术中的疗效。方法:回顾分析我科3a间共18例应用EC耳脑胶进行辅助修补的外伤性上矢状窦损伤患者的临床资料。结果:18例患者术中全部及时可靠止血,术中失血明显减少,术后上矢状窦静脉回流良好,CT复查未见大面积脑水肿。结论:应用EC耳脑胶辅助修补外伤性上矢状窦损伤,术中操作简单方便,止血可靠,有效减少术中出血,术后不影响上矢状窦静脉回流,是治疗外伤性上矢状窦损伤的有效方法。

The Application of EC glue in the Repaire of Traumatic Superior Sagittal Sinus Rupture

Objective To study the effectiveness of EC glue in the repair of traumatic superior sagittal sinus rupture.Methods 18 cases of traumatic superior sagittal sinus rupture treated with EC glue within 3 years in hospital were eligible for this retrospective study.Results Of all the cases, the bleeding was obviously reduced and was completely stopped after operation. The venous return of superior sagittal sinus was good and there was not severe brain edema found through CT scan during hospital.Conclusions The method of application of EC glue in the repair of traumatic superior sagittal sinus rupture is simple and convenient.It can reduce the bleeding in the operation and stop the bleeding reliably.It also don't influence the venous return of superior sagittal sinus after operation and is an effective method in the treatment of traumatic superior sagittal sinus rupture.
