不同术式治疗输卵管妊娠的临床护理

目的 探讨腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的效果及护理方法.方法 对腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的术前护理、术后护理、手术时间、术后开始下床活动时间、住院天数等方面进行对比分析.结果 腹腔镜手术较传统开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠手术时间短,下床活动时间早及住院天数短,术后疼痛轻,留置尿管时间短.结论 应用腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠安全有效,术后恢复快,疼痛轻,创伤小,有效提高了护理工作效率.

Clinical Observation and Nursing Care of Diagnosing and Treating Gynecopathy with Peritoneoscope

Objective To explore the effectiveness and nursing methods of pregnancy in fallopian tube treated with Peritoneoscope or traditional operation. Methods Compare the pre-operative nursing, post-operative nursing, operation time, time to get out of bed after surgery , days in hospital of Peritoneoscope with those of traditional operation. Results The operating time, time to get out of bed after surgrey, days in hospital of Peritoneoscope are shorter than those of traditional operation; the post-operative pain is slighter;and the time of keeping a urethral catheter is shorter. Conclusion Using Peritoneoscope to treat pregnancy in fallopian tube is safe and effective. Patients recover quickly;the wound of peritoneoscope is smaller ;and the nursing effetiveness can be raised obviously.
