通脉灵治疗糖尿病慢性并发症的机制研究

摘    要:目的探讨通脉灵治疗糖尿病(DM)慢性并发症的作用机制,从而进一步推广应用之。方法68例符合1999年WHO诊断标准的DM患者,被分成无并发症组(A组)及有并发症组(B组)。停服抗氧化剂1周后,静脉采集血样立即-20℃保存待测。C反应蛋白(CRP)采用免疫速率散射浊度法:一氧化氮(NO)采用硝酸还原酶法;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法;丙二醛(MDA)采用硫代巴比妥法。通脉灵治疗3个疗程后,重复上述检测项目。结果DM患者的CRP,MDA均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),NO、SODB组明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),A组NO却略高于正常对照组。治疗后CRP,MDA两组均有明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),SOD、NO两组均有不同程度上升。结论通脉灵具有抗氧化应激、保护内皮细胞功能及抑制炎性反应,提高免疫力的作用,可用于DM慢性并发症的早期干预治疗。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the mechanism of TongMaiLing in treatment of chronic diabetic complications, in order to popularize the treatment methods. Method According to diagnostic standards of WHO in 1999, 68 patients of diabet ic were separated into two groups (A,B) with or without complications respective ly. After stopping anti-oxidizer for a week, samples of venous blood were collec ted and were preserved under-20℃ for testing. Using immunovelocity scattering nephelometry to test CRP, using nitricdeoxidase method for NO, flavin adenine ox idase method for SOD, sulfureousbarbitone method for MDA. These tests were repea ted after 3 teatment courses of TongMaiLing. Result Compared with control group , all patients of DM had a higher CRP and MDA lever (P<0.05,P<0.01). The level o f NO and SOD in B group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05,P<0.01), but that of A group was a litter higher. After treatment ,CRP and MDA in both group s were decreased remarkably (P<0.05,P<0.01); SOD and NO were raised in different degrees. Conclusion TongMaiLing has the effect of anti-oxidize;can protect end othelium function,inhibit inflammations,and increase immunity, and is suitable f or early intervening treatment of chronic diabetic complications.
