苦杏仁甙抑制大鼠肾脏纤维化的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察苦杏仁甙治疗单侧输尿管梗阻大鼠肾间质纤维化的效果。方法:用单侧输尿管梗阻的方法建立大鼠肾脏间质纤维化模型。60只Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组、单侧输尿管梗阻组、苦杏仁甙3mg腹腔注射组和苦杏仁甙5mg腹腔注射组,分别于术后7、14、21d处死动物,观察各组大鼠肾脏病理损害程度。结果:除假手术组外其余各组随着时间的延长,肾间质纤维化的程度越来越严重。苦杏仁甙治疗组在7、14d时与单侧输尿管梗阻组差异无统计意义,在21d时大鼠肾脏纤维化程度明显低于单侧输尿管梗阻组。结论:苦杏仁甙具有明显抑制大鼠肾间质纤维化作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of amygdalin on renal tubulo-interstitial fibrosis induced by unilateral ureteral obstruction in rats. Methods A rat model of renal tubulo-interstitial fibrosis was established by blocking unilateral ureter. Sixty Wistar rats were randomly assigned to receive sham operation, blockage of unilateral ureteral without treatment, or intraperitoneal injection of amygdalin at a dose of 3 mg or 5 mg, and then sacrificed on days 7, 14 and 21 postoperatively. Pathological changes in the kidney in each group were observed. Results Renal fibrosis in all but the sham operation group became more and more serious with time. There was no difference in pathological changes in the kidney between amygdalin-treated rats and those inflicted with unilateral ureteral obstruction on days 7 and 14. However, renal fibrosis was significantly alleviated in amygdalin-treated rats on day 21. Conclusion Amygdalin plays a significant role in inhibiting renal tubulo-interstitial fibrosis in rats.
