Study on nursing intervention using in patients with pregnancy associated with diabetes

The high and low blood glucose in patients with diabetes mellitus direct impacted on the health of pregnant women and fetuses,and the effect is good or bad care,pregnancy directly related to the control of blood glucose in patients with diabetes.Care during pregnancy,the need to enhance the intervention of her adherence to diet therapy,the appropriate physical training and the necessary insulin therapy,in order to prevent hypoglycemia reaction,hyperglycemia and ketoacidosis happen.Perfect pregnancy care,active and effective nursing intervention,reduce infant and maternal complications,and to ensure that maternal and child health is of great significance.This study was to investigate nursing intervention in the control of gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant women during pregnancy and blood glucose improve the outcome of pregnancy in the role of GDM and groping for pregnant women during pregnancy care and education mode,how to make the GDM women safely through pregnancy to ensure that maternal and child health.
