| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经纤支镜支气管灌洗术(FOBWL)在难治性哮喘治疗中的价值。方法将33例难治性哮喘患者随机分为A、B两组,在常规治疗的同时,B组患者给予经纤支镜支气管灌洗治疗2~3次后,观察两组患者症状、体征及通气功能(FVC、FEV1、PEF)。结果B组患者上述指标改善明显,与A组患者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论支气管内炎症细胞浸润及黏液痰栓堵塞是哮喘难以缓解的重要因素之一,支气管灌洗治疗可显著改善哮喘患者的肺通气功能,有效缓解哮喘症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical effects of fibroptic bronoscoy with lavage (FOBwL) in management of refractory asthma. Methods Thirty-three patients were divided into two groups at random: Group A and Group B. General treatment was given to all patients. In addition,group B received FOBwL 2~3 times. Results We found that symptoms,signs and spirometric measurements of FVC,FEV_1 and PEV of Group B increased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion Inflammation of endobronchial and mucous impaction may be the reason for asthmatic exacerbation. FOBwL can clean inspissatged secretions and improve aeration of lung with apparent efficacy. It can relieve dyspnea of patients. |
