摘    要:目的探讨心电图实时网络传输的可行性及临床价值。方法社区卫生服务中心和医院间建立心电传输网络,将54份心电图由社区通过网络传输至医院。20名受试者随机分为网络组(n=10)和常规组(n=10),网络组通过心电传输网络进行心电图诊断,常规组乘车前往医院进行心电图诊断。分析两组心电图的诊断时间。结果54份心电图全部成功完成网络传输,平均传输时间为(45±10)s。两组受试者完成心电图诊断的时间分别为:网络组(10.7±2.8)min、常规组(25.3±4.6)min,网络组显著快于常规组(P〈0.01),差异主要来源于交通时间。结论通过心电传输网络进行实时心电图传输具有可行性,可减少院前心电图的诊断时间。

Establishment of real-time quick teletransmission mode of prehospital ECG through internet

Abstract:Objective To discuss the feasibility and clinical value of real-time quick teletransmission of electrocardiogram(ECG) through intemet. Methods The teletransmission internet of ECG was set up between community health service center and hospital, through which ECG of 54 patients were transmitted from community to hospital. There were 20-cases divided into the internet group( n = 10)and routine group( n = 10). The internet group was given ECG tele-diagnosis through teletransmission internet and the routine group went to hospital for ECG diagnosis. The ECG diagnostic time of two groups were analyzed. Results The teletransmission of ECG of 54 patients were completed successfully and the average transmission time was (45 ± 10)seconds. The ECG diagnostic time was (10.7 ± 2.8 )minutes in the internet group and (25.3 ± 4.6 ) minutes in the routine group. The diagnostic time of the internet group was much shorter than that of the routine group(P 〈 0.01 ). The difference between two groups was mostly related to traffic time. ConclusionThe real-time teletransmission of ECG is feasible through teletransmission internet, which can reduce the time for ECG diagnosis.
