循证护理在减少心脏介入术后血管迷走神经反射中的应用

目的探讨运用循证护理的方法减少心脏介入术后患者血管迷走神经反射发牛的护理效果：方法回顾分析2008年1月至2008年8月我科141例心脏介入术后患者，观察对其中76例采用循证护理的工作方法预防护理术后血管迷走神经反射的效果。结果76例患者，并发血管迷止神经反射的4例，均未发生恶性心脏事件。结论通过运用循证护理的工作方法，减少了心脏介入术后患者血管迷走神经反射的发生，预防了迷走神经反射所致的严重并发症的发生，同时提高了护士的判断能力、观察力、理解力、科研能力以及工作技能，促使护士养成科学的思维方式和态度，使整体护理水平得到明显提高.

Vascular vagus reflex reduced by evidence-based nursing after cardiac interventional operation

Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing （EBN） for reducing vascular vagus reflex in the patients after cardiac interventional operation. Methods The patients after cardiac interventional operation （ n = 141 ） in our department from Jan to Aug of 2008 were reviewed and analysed. The effect of EBN for preventing and nursing vascular vagus reflex were observed in 76 cases. Results There were 4 cases with complicated vascular vagus reflex among 76 cases, but without adverse cardiac e- vents. Conclusion The occurrence of vascular vagus reflex was reduced and severe complications were prevented through applying EBN, and at the same time the abilities of judgment,observation,understand and research,and nursing skill were improved,and seientific thinking and attitude were established in nurses. The total level of nursing was promoted.
